Goblincore

The Goblincore aesthetic

Goblincore celebrates overlooked nature — mushrooms, moss, snails, bones, frogs, interesting rocks. It's the forest floor, not the manicured garden. Colors are earthy: browns, moss greens, mushroom tans. Think decaying logs with fungi, skulls with lichen, collections of "shinies." The mood is curious and appreciative of nature's messy parts. Cottagecore's grungier sibling.
