Policy under review
We're finalizing the wording of this policy. It applies to your use of ArtyPop today. Questions? Contact legal@artypop.shop.
ArtyPop Shop lets people create and publish AI-generated designs on apparel. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we may remove or disable access to designs, listings, or products that we believe in good faith infringe another party's rights.
Send copyright and other intellectual-property complaints to:
Email: legal@artypop.shop
Subject line:"DMCA Takedown Notice"
For trademark, right-of-publicity, or other non-copyright IP concerns, use the same address and describe the right you hold and how it is being infringed.
To be effective under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your written notice must include all of the following:
Please note that under Section 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
If your design or listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@artypop.shop that includes:
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to keep it down.
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove infringing material and take other action at our discretion.
Designs on ArtyPop are generated from user prompts using AI. Users are responsible for the prompts they submit and the designs they publish or order. Creating designs that infringe third-party intellectual property is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy. Reporting through this process helps us act on infringing material quickly.
