Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Every Order Is Made to Order

ArtyPop products are printed on demand. Nothing ships from a warehouse shelf — each item is manufactured specifically for you by our print partner (Printful) after you order. This means total delivery time is the sum of two stages: production (fulfillment) plus shipping (transit).

2. Production Time

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an order is handed to the carrier. Production time varies by product type:

  • Apparel (printed tees, hoodies) is usually on the faster end of the range.
  • Embroidered, all-over-print, and knitwear items generally take longer to produce.
  • Larger orders and peak periods (holidays, launches) may add time.

Production estimates are not guarantees and exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Time & Rates

Once produced, transit time depends on the destination and the shipping method available at checkout. As a general guide:

  • United States (domestic): roughly 3–5 business days in transit.
  • International: roughly 10–20 business days in transit, and sometimes longer depending on the destination and customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Where a free-shipping threshold applies, it will be shown in your cart and checkout totals.

4. International Orders, Customs & Duties

We ship to many countries, with items produced in the print facility best suited to your location. For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and VATmay be charged by your country's customs authority when the package arrives. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
  • Customs delays are outside our control and can extend delivery beyond the estimates above.
  • If a package is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, we may not be able to offer a refund for shipping already incurred.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is dispatched. You can also review your orders in your account. Tracking availability can vary by destination and shipping method.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require you to pay reshipment costs.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (for example, a print error or fabric flaw) or is damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns and refunds — including what does and does not qualify — are governed by our Terms of Service. As noted there, we do not provide refunds solely because an AI-generated design you approved at checkout differs from your expectations.
